Peppa Pig…oink oink! Peppa Pig …. oink! You can’t help put get swept up in the excitement and fun the kids ( and adults) have at Peppa Pig World!
Peppa Pig World
We took our 15 month old here! Recommend arriving early to avoid queuing at peak times! Lots to do and see! We particularly enjoyed Windy Hill Castle, Grandpa Pigs Train Ride, the boats, meeting the characters and playing in the play park. Facilities on site are very child friendly with a good restaurant/cafe and excellent changing and toilet facilities. We had a two day pass but only really needed one full day.
Located approximately 30 minutes from Peppa Pig World is a great day for the entire family. Their website recommends 4-5 hours to go round the Zoo which is not unrealistic. We went over the Easter Weekend and found the Zoo a very enjoyable experience. They have a great selection of animals, a few play parks situated throughout the Zoo and even a train that takes your round. Do wear comfortable shoes and if going in peak season be prepared for limited space in the coffee shops and restaurant. They have plenty of space for picnics but unfortunately it was wet when we visited.
Itches Valley Country Park
Located just 20 minutes from Peppa Pig World. Itches Valley Country Park has some beautiful scenery and is great for getting the kids out in the fresh air. There is a Visitor Centre with nature displays, a shop and toilets. There is also a small Cafe on site to allow you to relax as the kids play in the park. We particularly loved the woodland trail with different animals and activities for the kids to climb on during the walk. Bring your wellies or walking boots as it can get pretty mucky in the woodland and meadow areas.
